When you work with Graceful Adoptions, if your match is disrupted through no fault of your own, you will not lose your Agency Fee.

Our Refund Policy:

If the Match is disrupted by the expecting mother or some other cause beyond the control of the Adoptive Parents prior to finalizing the adoption, Adoptive Parents have the following refund options:

1. 100% of the Agency Fee paid will be applied to the Adoptive Parents’ next adoption through Graceful Adoptions.
2. 75% of the Agency Fee paid will be refunded to the Adoptive Parents.

• Adoptive Parents who withdraw their Application or disrupt a match forfeit all fees paid at the time of the disruption. In the event the child is born with serious medical problems that were unexpected prior to the match, Adoptive Parents may choose to disrupt the match and to elect either of the refund options.
