Open Adoption
With Open adoption, information about the adoptive parents and the expecting parents is shared with each other and in some cases there is an on-going relationship.
Semi-Open Adoption
This is a combination of the traditional Closed adoption and the more progressive Open adoption. Information is shared but rather than having direct contact, adoptive and expecting parents work through Graceful Adoptions.
Closed Adoption
With a Closed adoption there is no identifying information shared and no contact between adoptive and expecting parents before, during or after placement. However, medical history and non-identifying family history is still shared with the adoptive parents.

If you intend to adopt through Graceful Adoptions, we will complete your Home Study or help you identify an organization that will meet Graceful Adoptions’ requirements.
